Terms of service
Food Truck Finder is a marketplace connecting customers with independent food trucks for pickup orders and event catering. We do not deliver food. Trucks are responsible for food preparation, safety, permits and allergen information.
Orders
Orders are pickup-only. Prices are set by trucks and confirmed by our server at checkout. Cancellations and refunds follow the truck's policy and our refund rules.
Event bookings
A booking is confirmed only after you accept a truck's quote and the required deposit payment succeeds.
Truck owners
Owners must pass verification and payout onboarding before listing. The platform charges a commission on food/service subtotals (excluding tax and tips) and a one-time startup fee, as shown in the dashboard.
